Sometimes I will have Australian Shepherds that are ither older pups that were not selected at 8 weeks, or I will have retirees that have been spayed/ neutered or scheduled for spay/ neuter! Any of my personal breeding Australian Shepherds I have either raised or produced will only have 4 to 5 litter maximum. Females start their career right at 2 years plus, therefore they are not "used up" or exhausted from raising their babies. The younger ones will make excellent pets with the right family! Sometimes I get the "how can you part ways with them"...well, actually its very easy, and let me explain why...THEY HAVE EARNED one on one time, on a couch, or a Sunday drive with their new family. The ones I place either need that one on one or family time, to continue to flourish. Australian Shepherds who I do not think would excel in another household will stay right here with me retired doing exactly what I explained above, but are not as easily transitioned away from me. Remi has been spayed and completely recovered. She is ready for her forever family! Loves people, great with kids and other animals. Maci is a blue eyed beauty. She is a funny girl! She would do great with single person or couple. She gets along with other dogs. I did not raise this girl...she still needs some work in regard to going out into public, because she came here and hasn't been off the place. Does well on a leash. Gracie definitely needs to be a single dog household. Would do fantastic on a farm with single person or couple. This sweet girl will be very loyal and will let you know if something isn't right in the surroundings. She will be 7 years old this coming year but has TONS of life. Excellent call back!
